We require that payment is made within 30 days from the date that the Payment Portal invitation email was sent out. If payment is not made within this time, you will be contacted by us.
Late payment protocol
We will follow up with any invoices that are still not paid after 30 days. Please note, after payment has been made, we cannot make changes on the invoice.

We apologize if you receive emails despite making payment. If you are receiving these emails, please respond informing us that you have made payment, providing proof of payment if possible.
